MOBI is the original Mobipocket and early Kindle format. Older e-book collections saved as .mobi or .prc convert just as well.

E-books up to 100 MB can be converted, including long novels and illustrated editions.

Why won't my MOBI convert?

Most often it is copy protected. Books with DRM, such as most Kindle store purchases, can't be converted.

Will the PDF look like my e-reader?

The text, chapters and images are the same, laid out on fixed pages. Font sizes and spacing follow the book's own styles.

How long does it take to convert MOBI to PDF?

Most books take under a minute. Long, image-heavy books can take a few minutes, and books that would take longer than seven minutes are stopped.
